Rödingsmarkt 29, Hamburg

In the core area of Hamburg Mitte, between the port and the city centre, the construction of a new nine-storey high-rise with 130 apartments and commercial space on the ground floor is planned.
The new building takes up the new and historic eaves heights of the surroundings and self-confidently closes the Kajen/Rödingsmarkt building block without standing out of context.
Due to the residential use in the core area, urbanity will return to the downtown location between Deichstrasse and Rödingsmarkt which is currently quiet after office closing.
