In the middle of Göttingen's old town, the Kunstquartier (KUQUA) is developing around a park-like courtyard open to the public. As a new institution, the Göttinger Literaturherbst e.V. with the Literarisches Zentrum Göttingen e.V. complement the cultural offerings on Nikolaistrasse. The ground floor was completely gutted and developed for a variety of different event formats.
