In Hamburg's central district, between the harbor and the city center, a nine-story hotel is being built, featuring 192 rooms, a rooftop terrace, as well as a bar and restaurant on the ground floor. The new building aligns with the historic and contemporary eave heights of the surrounding area, blending seamlessly into the block structure between Kajen and Rödingsmarkt. It confidently defines the quarter's edge without disrupting the contextual harmony. With its vibrant hotel operations and gastronomy, the project brings fresh urban vitality to the otherwise quiet evening atmosphere of this central location between Deichstraße and Rödingsmarkt.
