Directly facing Hamburg’s warehouse district, this floor in a historic former trading house was stripped of all additions made over the last 100 years and converted into loft offices for the Architektur Atelier de Picciotto. In tune with the building’s industrial origins, the refurbishment was carried out exclusively with natural materials such as mastic asphalt, untreated metal, leather, and linoleum.
